Panther Band Boosters is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

The purpose of the Panther Band Boosters, Inc., is to support the students, parents, teachers and staff of the Benton Public Schools instrumental music program by recruiting volunteers, conducting programs, and raising funds. The corporation is organized and operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
